A great little kit for beginners like myself. So many colors to work with. the leather finger covers are the best. You will poke yourself and it HURTS. The leather finger covers have saved my fingers many, many times

I was disappointed that this came in a banged up plain cardboard box. I expect a kit to have a little better presentation even if this is a "value kit". All the contents are just thrown in the box. I needed this for a gift so I bought a small plastic craft supply box to wrap it in. The quantities of each color are small so if you are planning a specific project buy more of your needed color or a different kit. Otherwise I think it's fine for a beginner exploring his/her craft interests.

I have been using all the parts of this kit except the plastic eyes, etc. as I am needle felting on fabrics. It's great and I highly recommend it. I thought at first the amount of wool is not very much in each color, but a lot is packed in each bag! Also, the softness and quality of the wool is better than some of the packages I purchased since trying this kit. I am an art teacher and was recommend this with parental supervision to kids age 10 and up.

Nothing came damaged. Came in small bags but I'm still satisfied. All the things I made using this kit looked amazing!!!
