Arrived yesterday evening. Today I made a 4 lb chuck roast in it. Performed beautifully! The roast was fork tender, the meat browned nicely, the gravy reduced brown liquid gold. What more does a girl need! Best money ever spent on Amazon. It went thru the dishwasher without any issues, too!
