I could’ve spent a lot more money for a rack on my pick up, but I am not going to leave it on full-time, and it is very easy to mount and take off . Sturdy enough for the long DIY items that I need to carry, but probably not for commercial use, like a contractor would need

My 2021 Nissan pickup was not listed in the "will fit" list but I took a chance after feeling another truck bed at our property. What was not indicated was interference with Nissan's existing rail system in the bed. After deciding rather than return the ladder rack (box was already cut up) I would modify the truck bed. The rail system on the Nissan was bolted on with Torx bolts, which are captive to the rail. Easy removal for the rails. After removal of the rail system the ladder rack was a cinch to install. The rack is solid and has a nice powder-coat paint. What I ended up using was a Torx-40 for removal of the rail system and a 3/8" drive ratchet with a 3/4" socket (for a short time due to the length of the J-bolts), then a 3/4" combination wrench.The ladder rack looks great and is solidly mounted with the possibility of removal if needed (and no drilling).

Looks and feels heavy duty. Great for price !Easy to put together. My only two complaints is that you can not adjust the height and the mounting bolts are a bit tricky. Overall very happy with the product.

I needed to buy a 32 ft extension ladder, and this ladder rack was the best way for me to get it home.Easy to install and did it’s job perfectly.I left it on a couple of days. Ended up buying a large TV on Cyber Monday. This rack helped there too, as I was able to stand up the TV against the rack and strap it safely to the rack for the drive home.

We are using this on a Ford F150. It was easy enough for one person to install. It is currently holding 2 different size ladders.

Good product, and very affordable. I chose the j hooks because I didn't want to drill through my truck. They are very sturdy and can hold some weight. My only complaint is that they're kind of noisy when driving at high speed but I can live with it

The rack is very sturdy and has a nice finish on it. When assembling the rack, I used medium strength Locktite on the threads. To attach it to my 07 Tacoma I had to make a pair 5/8" X 2 1/2" wooden bed rails that the rack sits on and used clamps to secure it. Great rack for the price.

I needed a way to transport a kayak on my Toyota Hilux. These bars looked suitable and we're more reasonable than other products I had found.These arrived pretty quickly considering they come from the US. They are well made with a decent gloss finish (I didn't get the scratching that others have mentioned). Fixing them involves drilling 16 holes (4 per fixing) into the pickup's side rail which isn't a 5 minute job! Once attached they look pretty good and meet my needs.My only reservation is that they are taller than they need to be for my truck (Mk7 Single Cab). Even with nothing on the bars I am a fraction under 2 metres 10cm so unable to get into a lot of car parks around where I live. The top bars can be removed by taking 4 grub screws out of the posts which would probably drop the height to just under 2m so not the end of the world if I needed to drop the height for any reason.Another reviewer mentioned they took delivery of these bars and the clamps were missing. There are two versions of these bars and the ones I bought (that this review is written against) are not supposed to come with clamps.
