This size paddle is perfect for the tween ages. Our son uses it to paddle easier on our paddle-board while seated and also uses it for his Explorer 200 raft. It is the perfect size and not too small or plastic like some children sized products can be. It feels like a quality paddle. We have tested floating it and it definitely floats long enough for a kid to realize it has slipped into the water and swim after it. Happy with this purchase!

We bought this to replace the cheap plastic paddle that comes with kids pelican kayak. HUGE improvement. Well made and sturdy, and the adjustability is great as your kids grows.

Ordered smaller ones, that did not pass the Grandma test or look. These ones are perfect. Adjustable for a 5yr old or adult.

This product is unusable. It is missing the middle piece that connects it together. Disappointing.
