Very well-made knife, easy to open. The blue color is great, and the Kershaw quality is fantastic. I own a couple Kershaw, and they are the beast quality, the flip open is easy and the open lock is very strong. This knife easily fits in my pocket, and the clip holds it in place. Great knife!

Recently, I’ve purchased a few knives around the same price point as this Kershaw, and they all fall *way* short. This knife is fun to flip open, surprisingly sharp, and maintains a keen edge. Even a year later, it still is a top choice for an EDC.My biggest takeaway nowadays is that you know it is a quality purchase the moment you grasp it.

Deploying the blade takes a bit more thumb pressure than I care for and I'm not particularly fond of the unique closing action (gets tight halfway through blade stowage). Otherwise it's attractive, it's sized right and it's sharp right out of the box. It's a nice $30 knife.

Bought this as a gift for someone and they raved about it so much bought one for myself. It is light, durable, and keeps a sharp edge. Very easy to use and would purchase again.

This girl is a big fan of all sorts of knives and I absolutely love this knife! This is my current everyday carry (EDC) knife. I am a huge fan of Kershaw knives in general, due to their durability, ease of use, look and feel and high value for the money compared to other leading brands. This knife drew me in because of the color initially and it didn’t disappoint at all! It is beautiful with a smooth action and is super light weight. The blue is dark enough to not look “girly” at all, which I appreciate. I even carry it when wearing yoga pants. Easy to open/deploy one-handed using either the flipper or thumb studs, even with my smaller hands. It is very durable, but the blue will wear off on the edges a bit on the pocket clip after a lot of use. The blade comes pretty sharp and it is easy to sharpen as well.

I've got a box of Chinese Kershaws in my junk drawer for everyday use, and this one is typically the one I fish out. Honestly, I don't care much for the blue finish; its well done and everything, just a little over the top for me. What I do like is the blade's size, shape, and edge--just about perfect (3") size for most stuff, the upswept blade isn't unique, but its dimensions work well with both precise work and broad cutting/slicing/piercing. The steel is a compromise, of course: either you despise 8Cr13MoV or you put up with it. For the casual user, the steel is fine, and will hold a decent edge for a reasonably long time. 8Cr13MoV is commonly used for budget Chinese-made knives, and has a janky reputation; I think it usually gets a bad rap. Its probably better steel than most of the knives in your kitchen. If you grew up with a decent hunting knife, using this knife will feel familiar. Recommended.
