A perfect gift for our four year old who likes to make anything and everything into a drum. I was a little apprehensive about buying a drum set, especially with a baby in the house. I anticipated getting overwhelmed by the noise but I have been pleasantly surprised that the sound is not too intense. It’s loud enough to satisfy my son’s love of drumming but not too much to overwhelm, even in our small home. I’ll admit even I have enjoyed playing on them at times. I also love that it has a place built-in to store the drum sticks so they don’t get lost.

I bought this for my 1 y/o grandson - always funny to get a drumset for a kid, but as a drummer myself, as is my son/his father, it turned out to be the best gift ever! It really is worth the money.

Don't waste your time ordering this, it's nothing but a cheap plastic toy. The foot pedal is a joke. And when I say cheap plastic toy, the used the cheapest of plastics! Absolutely no substance to this! I returned it! It was bent whenever I took it from the package, it can't even uphold shipping. SMH

I am honestly impressed with this little drum set, we have tried others, but this one takes the cake at this price range. Before you go any further, although I love it, I removed a star for damage on the cymbal and one specific area in the assembly that I'll get into later.The instructions are easy to follow on the back of the box, I assembled this in what was maybe a half hour for someone that's mechanically inclined and watching tv while doing it. All in all for it being a snap together plastic kit it feels very sturdy, As I mentioned, the cymbal arrived with a few dings, not a huge thing, but if this is a gift and received it this way you may be a bit pissed.Also, the lower drum sets just slide and snap into the mid center drum on a very small little plastic tab, not at all reassuring that it will last, but for the time being we have had no issues. It would've been nice to see some kind of additional support from the bottom like the upper two side drums received.The center kick drum assembles kind of funny with a spring on a pedal, but my son took to it like he'd been drumming his entire life and its awesome to see. Definitely a cool starter!
