It's just a pot holder... Well, it does need to protect your hands from the hot metal you are grabbing from the oven or stove. It does this task very well. Easy to clean also.

Plushy. Decent quality. Kind of small. Had to wash one and it shrunk and kind of deformed. Still usable. I washed in the laundry and dried in the drier.

I've looked for these old-fashioned pot holders in every store imaginable. The only ones you can find now are huge, have pockets or are gloves (which I can't stand), or they're attached to a set of thin non-absorbent dish towels. All I wanted was a smallish pot holder, cotton, machine washable like my mom used to have. Thank you so much for this item! It is perfect and the price was very good with 6 in the package. Just what I wanted.

The color was exactly as shown online. I wash everything before I use and it looked the same after washing. No shrinking or open seams.I will use these as hot mats to remove hot dishes from oven as well as to place under hot dishes on table.
