Carb fits like the original and has almost identical body and bowl. There are subtle differences in the pilot jet circuit, and needle jet. The jet sizes are not standard for the Kawasaki bayou 220. And are proprietary rather than matching the original mikuni. After Inspecting the new carb I swapped the main jet and pilot jet. I also took the choke slide from the original carb. The rest remained stock. After attaching it to the quad, it performs like new. It was an excellent purchase and seems well made. It idles perfectly, has tons of power without smoking or stalling. It starts on first try and runs through when hot or cold.P.s. the quad is a 1993 Kawasaki bayou 220. The main jet is #115Pilot jet is #30The rest was left on the new carb

Exact fit and no problems with fitment or leaks, only had to adjust idle up a little. Machine runs great with no problems from idle to full throttle. Simple to install and would use this one again if needed.

This carb fits and works like it should. I didn't change out the jets like some said because my carb was not the original. It will need to be adjusted to idle correctly. I closed my air mixture screw and backed it out 2 1/2 turns and it works great (at my altitude in Texas). Make sure to adjust your throttle cable length to where it should be. great carb for the money.

I bought one and the motor ran too lean.I bought a 2nd one and it ran way too rich and wouldn't idle.So I bought a different brand of carburetor and it works fine.
