Added a lot of OOMF to the car.. sounds amazing, more air flow, it feels like better throttle response feels like it has a bit better gas mileage and performs great, definitely worth the money and all parts were included no missing parts.

Installed on a 2009 Dodge Charger R/T. It was a perfect fit and very easy to install. I assembled everything in the house expect for the filter. The stock filter removal was quick and easy, just remove the clamp on the motor and remove one screw holding down the filter box. The K&N filter assembly went in with no problems at all. I have not had it long enough to notice fuel economy but I can say that the throttle response is much much better. I now have to adjust how much I step on the gas because the load roar of the motor makes you want to step on it every time and you can feel how much more the car accelerates with just a little gas. Also the inner tube is not soft plastic it is a very shiny smooth surface that allows air to flow perfectly through there. I also found research that the stainless steel tubes will get heat from the engine which will transfer hot air into the intake, this high strength plastic will not transfer the heat. So far so good. Took me (novice) almost 3hrs. I needed to find a YouTube video. There are instructions but they are a little vague. Came with everything ya need, just need the right tools. The mounting to the frame was a little frustrating challenge, but not too bad. The parts feel like quality and fit perfectly on my 14 Charger RT. Sounds fantastic, really made my Paradox Mufflers/deleted resonators growl. Pick up seems quicker. Hope to see some better MPGS. Don't close the trunk with the battery disconnected.

This is a must if you have a Dodge Charger with a Hemi. Before this installation I had a Flow master exhaust put on which gave it a more aggressive sound and look which I recommend the price is good and it looks great. The exhaust seemed to give it a little more horsepower. It wasn't until I added this cold air intake that it really made a difference. I choose the cold air intake from K&N with the poly urethane tube. K&N offers a metal tube but claims the poly urethane tube is a horsepower gain of 21.09 HP gain and the metal tube an 11.66 HP gain. The reason for the difference between the poly urethane tube and metal is the poly urethane will stay cooler than the metal tube keeping the air cooler. That is what I was told by a performance shop when I started shopping for a cold air intake. The K&N looks great, and I recommend it over the Mopar Cold Air intake it's cheaper and in my opinion looks better. My engine also seems to not have to work as hard, and seems to be more responsive than before when I press on the accelerator. It's also about a $100.00 cheaper. The instructions you get from K&N can be confusing. I recommend going to youtube.com and typing in K&N installation for K&N cold air intake. The video I watched was for a V6, but it was very helpful. I am rating this product as a five star due to price, look after installation, and the performance from the cold air intake. If you want to see the difference between K&N cold air intake with the metal and poly urethane tubes go to K&N web site. Very satisfied with this cold air intake.

Received this item in early April but was waiting for some other parts to arrive so they could be painted.The box was damaged or had been opened and tape back together.On may 9 when I started to install found out the parts bag was the wrong one,heatsheild had no holes to mount filter base,some parts weren't even on the parts list.Now I'm stuck with it because it's past the return date,and I painted the heatsheild to match the car.

The product certainly enhances the low end torque, although I cannot confirm the claimed 21 additional horsepower. It is of good quality and simple to assemble, providing some added potential to your car. Additionally, it gives your car that impressive hemi sound. However, it is possible to find a similar product at a lower price, so it's a lesson learned. I suggest conducting thorough research to determine the best application for your needs before making a purchase.

I installed this within 2 hours, although installation a second time around would be 30-45 minutes and very simple. I could not notice any perceptible difference in performance using a stopwatch even with a performance CAI tune. HOWEVER, the engine sounds much better (louder throatier) and I 'perceive' that performance is better and throttle response is improved. Therefore I am happy with the product. I am yet to confirm if fuel economy is suffering at less than 10 degrees C.

Nice product, chose this rather than the next one up with metal tube because the BHP gains were better on this model, came well packed and with full instructions which made it pretty easy to fit, only a couple of slight negatives 1. You had to do a small mod for the breather tube to fit properly (all covered in the instructions), not a big deal but did not expect to have to do that. 2. The other was fitting the bracket to the front cross member, fiddly and easy to drop the fittings down in behind the front valance, just needs a bit of care.Overall though very happy hence the 5 stars, looks good under the bonnet and sounds good when you light it up plus the MPG seems a tad better...bonus!

super easy install but if you are looking at this you already know that. It sounds great, I wish i could tell you it saves on MPG but honestly it doesnt cause you want to step on it to hear it roar cause she sounds good.
