This pillow does everything it claims. Has a velvety soft cover, and nice memory foam. It is just too tall for me. I found a lumbar pillow that works better for me.

I needed a knee support that wasn’t too bulky. This one is just right. The zippered cover is a bonus so it can be easily removed for washing.

I like to elevate my feet when in bed and watching TV, but it's hard to find the "perfect" pillow. I like this pillow because it's not too large, has a removable/washable cover, and starts out comfortable - with enough elevation for comfort, but not too high. My only issue with it is that it slowly squishes down, and I find myself shifting it to a "fluffy" spot, and when THAT squishes down, I move again. I'm going to open the inner pillow and add more stuffing into it (it'll mean opening the seam and hand-sewing it closed), but I'd only do that if it was CLOSE to what I wanted. It feels like it's worth that effort, so I'll keep it and tweak it. If you want a stiff foam, this isn't the perfect pillow.
