I am remodeling my house. Wasn't sure if I should order these on line because not sure about the quality. I am so happy I took the chance & ordered for my whole house. Love the color they are very good quality. They were easy to install. Have not had any issues with these knobs. I would recommend these to anyone looking for this type of door knobs. No issues with the lock machnisem. Very well worth the money.

Better quality than the original kwickset door nobs that came with the house.However, although the new door handles worked well installing, the stricker plates needed some alterations to the door jambs. They are deeper and heavier than the original hardware so a wood chisel was needed to widen the space for the plate.

I love the look of these handles. I love how they feel and how they operate. However, there are a few things that I did not know to look for in door handles. The shape of the strike plate in the jamb and the door did not match. My installer had to chisel out every single door to get these to fit. After that, very easy installation.Second issue, no keys are included.Description says there are keys, but there are not. One door got accidentally locked and I could not locate keys anywhere. I asked the installer, the builder, everyone. They assured me no keys. After coming back to the original order, I found hidden away in one section of product details a way to open the doors without keys (push and turn the key slot). Problem solved, but if I had known up front, I may have opted for a different handle. In the end, no keys is not an issue for me. It could be for a larger household or a different situation for usage.

They work smoothly enough, but what I’m impressed with is the 60-70% lower cost than Kwikset or other big name brands.Color is good, operation is fine, installation moderately easy for a fumble-finger geezer like me…

Purchased enough knows for the entire house. They look great! After drying off after my shower alone in the house the door would not open! I didn't lock the door BUT I was locked in the bathroom.After my panic subsided I used my manicure kit to pry the screws off the knob and push the metal bolt from the door jam to escape!My advice..stick with brand name American made products!

Compare the same thing at your local hardware store - wow what a rip off there huh? These seem to function great - the privacy locks are a little weird to engage and disengage, but all in all they work great! Bought the 6 pack to do my whole house over - well worth the asking price!

The item was purchased august 1 2021 , it’s now February 2022 , only works lifting the handle now , it’s been a bit finicky for a month but it’s now not unlatching until both directions up and down using the handle . I would appreciate a refund , or replacement .

Bought these to replace existing steel/brass handles that didn't go with our new bathroom and upstairs look. Got exactly what I expected. I initially thought they had forgotten the screws for the hardware handle but they were delivered fully screwed into the holes. I had to reach out to their customer service team and they responded very quickly which was a great feeling. Good product, great customer service. Can't really ask for more than that.
