Our previous units were 'water saver' ones that repeatedly plugged.This unit never plugs, even with a big deposit and loads of TP.The dual levers allow choice of super fast flushing of 1.1 or 1.6 gallons matched to whatever is needed.I just installed the second one in our home. We love the added height, dual flush, elongated bowl, clean design lines and flush levers on the side where they belong instead of on the top.I installed both units. Wax rings sealed tight, water connection matched without leaks and unit secured firmly to the floor. We bought a quiet close heavy duty Kohler seat that is extremely durable.The seating wax ring do not come with the toilet.The valve fills the tank rapidly and quietly at 55 lbs. of house pressure.Kohler included great fitting and looking covers for the floor mount bolts.You must provide your own tools to do the installation.

I ordered 2 of these toilets for a bathroom remodel. The first one arrived in about 5 days. The tank was fine but the bowl was broken on the back corner. Called Kohler and they were great and are sending out a replacement bowl via a different shipping method.Second toilet arrived today and once again the bowl is smashed. Same deal with Kohler.Long story short, Kohler has been awesome to work with but Amazon does an incredibly poor job of packaging the bowls.Now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my toilets...Just order direct from Kohler and save yourself the hassle.

Bought direct from Kohler on Amazon due to our 3 major box stores in my town all handle the lower end light flushers, I wanted power to get the stuff moving on down the line.The Amazon delivery driver was amazing.Expect to be recycling a lot of cardboard it comes in a box padded with foam in another box.

Looks great. Love the dual flush option. Works well so far but have noticed traces of debris left behind on full flush! Sits pretty high-up from floor.

Never in my life have I had an experience like this. 4 toiles smashed and pieces falling out of the box😩 and I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. What the heck????

The number of times I have walked into the bathroom, lifted the lid to find poo stuck to the forward-most area of the bowl where the water doesn't reach is crazy. I switched to a standard round bowl in kid's bathroom.
