I have a Kohler Computerized Shower Controller. I have 8 of the 2 types of heads installed and love the results. These would work well as standalone heads if you want to flush mount. They are super expensive but well-made and easy to clean. The ports are a rubber membrane you can remove and soak in vinegar to remove scale buildup. I have to take ours down every couple of years in Colorado Springs and clean them.

My Wife and I love this body spray... I bought this as an addition to go with a set of three that came with our Kholer shower system and it has been an amazing experience... Absolutely love it.
