Used this to eliminate the steel rope on my trailer winch, This synthetic is much better and no more bird nest when free spooling the line out. This is a good upgrade to most small winches.

I replaced the original steel cable on my ATV winch with this. I was worried there would be a lot of stretch with the rope, but there is no noticeable stretch. The hook is big enough to easily fit both ends of a choker and seems very sturdy. I am very happy with the way it looks and don't need to look for my gloves every time I need to use it. Great product.

You will need a metric fastener to attach this to the winch drum that was not supplied, but they are available at your local hardware store.

Broke while pulling out of snow bank with tires moving broke well under the break rating of 8500 pounds. The atv only wieghs 400 pounds and wasnt buried. Will not be purchasing again. The good the hook is nice to use and is as advertised. The bad is low breaking strength
