Easy to install, adjust, and it fixed my issue I was having with a brand new flapper that came with a new toilet (that wasn't working).

So, if you buy a flapper for a 3" toilet the flapper sits almost flush with the valve. This one sticks out a lot from the valve, initially giving a wrong impression that you bought the wrong size, but no it's completely fine. The water adjuster is also very easy to set with directions for toilet brand, unlike FluidMaster flappers.Great product, now we'll see how long it lasts!

Used it to replace the 2nd flapper (another brand) in our 11-year-old American Standard low profile 1 piece toilet. Seems to work fine after I figured out how to properly orient the chain clip so that it moves up and down without binding and leaving the flapper partially open.I have not used the "turn to adjust" feature to adjust how much water it allows out of the tank. With no adjustment it seems to not require any 2nd flushes anymore.It seems flappers don't last much anymore. We are on our third in 11 years since renovating and getting the new toilet....hoping this Korky brand is the best. It has a 10-year warranty so I am keeping the paperwork and the packaging stapled together in the bathroom cabinet.

Works great and easy to install. I am personally impressed that even a toilet flapper, is now adjustable. Apparently you can control how powerful the flush is now. I just mirrored the settings on the old flapper, but braver souls than I are free to experiment.

This is quality given the materials feel good but it doesn't for a standard toilet. It still leaks and therefore has no function given what we got it for. The install was easy but it doesn't work so it had no value. If it had fit it appears it would have been durable.

For a Toto toilet, the Korky Universal Toilet Flapper works better than the Toto toilet flapper. After buying the Toto toilet flapper, I had to purchase another flapper, the KORKY as the Toto flapper leaked continuously.
