Used this on some concrete pavers as well as the edge of a concrete driveway. Worked perfectly at a fraction of the cost of "name" brands.

I had to remove a painted concrete step landing.I tried chemicals, hand scraping, and sanding.I tried a wheel from a local tool company. The wheel had so much wobble It would gouge the concrete. I returned it and purchased this wheel. It arrived a day after the order and the job was completed perfect just 2 hours later. The wheel is still useful for many other jobs. All should heed wearing safety hardware because the dust was incredible.A good respirator is a must as well a safety googles. This wheel fitted perfectly on my HF 41/2 inch grinder. Did I mention it was half the price of the first returned wheel. Nice.

I used this grinding wheel to put a bevel, or bit of a slope, on a concrete step at the side entry of my house. It was necessary because the top step was pitched slightly downward towards the storm door and water would seep under the door onto the concrete floor during a heavy rain. I removed 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch along the front of the 5 ft. step, to zero at the door. The grinding wheel worked as it should, and it's still in usable condition, still plenty of life left in it. Word of advice... it creates a LOT of dust, and I mean a LOT. When I ordered the wheel I also ordered a dust shroud. I fit the dust shroud on the grinder and connected a small wet vac to it, and I am really glad I did that. Side note; I bought my current home about two months ago and it's been one bs surprise after another lol.

Repurposed old granite counter tops into tables by using this to grind a chamfer on the edges. Cant really tell it was even used. Cut granite very fast. Wear a respirator, maybe use with water... but beware corded tools if you do.

This was very easy to use on removing the mortar from plywood without harming or gouging the plywood at all. What was taking hours to do with a chisel was accomplished in minutes.

You don't have to spend a lot of money for a durable wheel. It's very durable for a portion of the cost of other "top brand" wheels. Save money!

I had to grind off the bottom layer of mortar from some brick columns that held an old patio bench. This wheel finished the job quite well. Now I have a smooth patio surface.

I was grinding the surface off of floor tile so i could paint them, it took forever to take the shine off, think it would cut right through the surface but it don't. Need more of an aggressive cut.

Used this grinding cup as last resort to grind tile mortar off plywood after all else failed. It does worked well and fast; plywood looked as new once done. But be prepared for tons of dust if not using some vacuum/collection mean. Fortunately I didn't had that much square footage to grind. Still has life out of it but can't comment on overall longevity.

It did the job. I was using it with my Both grinder to remove mortar after I removed tiles in the kitchen.

Picked this up to level my concrete floor and it works great! I would definitely buy this again. Much cheaper then going to Home Depot or Lowe's.
