If it wasn't for this sturdy tool I'd never got that huge C clip back in a 6L80E Chevy transmission I rebuilt. Definitely a sturdy tool and works as advertised.

These plyers are a must have if you do any transmission work. I used that for the GM 6L80 and I don't know how else I would have gotten the internal snap ring out without them.

I REBUILD TRANSMISSION AND THIS THING WORKS BETTER THEN THE TOOL THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO HAVE. IF ANYONE KNOWS 6R140S SNAP RING IS A MONSTER AND THIS MAKES IT A LOT EASIER

Had to tear down two 6L80's and swap output shafts for a project. Pliers worked well to take the ring in and out multiple times. One word of caution is not to get the tip hung up on the transmission case, the length of the lever arm will snap the tip off.
