This towel warmer has been a game-changer! It's simple, effective, and one of the best purchases I've made in a while. A little tip: you're better off fluffing the towel out and letting it bulk up when you drop it in rather than folding it tightly – it warms much better that way, and the result is luxuriously cozy.It fits up to two oversized towels easily, and the automatic shut-off feature is a nice touch for peace of mind. I've only had it for a couple of months, so I’ll update if I run into any issues, but so far, this works much better than the floor stand models where you have to drape the towel over. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to add a bit of comfort and luxury to their bathroom routine!

This was a vanity purchase, and was worth it. For best results, leave towel in for entire time (15, 30, 45, or 60 mins; choose one. There was no weird smell. I use large bath towels, and it heats one quite evenly if I set it for 15 mins and leave it. Doesn’t really heat up synthetic fibers very well.

It holds a lot without taking up too much space. It heats up quickly and shuts itself off according to how long you want it to stay on. Very easy to use.

I put my towels in about 45 minutes before I take a shower. Set it for 60 minutes and towels are nice and warm when I get out of the shower! Love this!!

As someone who was excited about the luxury of warm towels, this towel warmer has been a letdown. After about 15 uses, I can confidently say it falls short in several key areas.The most significant issue is its core function - it simply doesn't warm towels effectively. The heating element seems underpowered, leaving towels only slightly warm rather than the cozy, spa-like experience I was hoping for.What's worse, the unit has a serious design flaw. It creates condensation that pools at the bottom, leaving you with a puddle of water to deal with. Even after leaving the towel warmer open to fully cool down. This defeats the entire purpose of having warm, dry towels and could potentially lead to mold issues or electrocution if not carefully monitored.Pros:- Easy to install- Attractive appearanceCons:- Inadequate heating performance- Moisture accumulation issues- Poor value for money given the performanceBottom line: Save your money and look for alternative models. A towel warmer should enhance your bathroom experience, not create new problems to manage.

Gave this as a Christmas gift to my sister and she loves it. Installed ii in her bathroom and also uses it when out in the jacuzzi. Keeps towels nice and warm for when you get out of the shower or jacuzzi.

This towel warmer is amazing. It’s a great size and has different time settings. It fits full size towels (great for getting out of hot tub and having warm towels) or warm towels after a shower. It would also fit a blanket to stay cozy on a winter day. I am loving it!

It was a good size, fits three large towels. Warms towels even with the unit sitting on the deck in freezing Canadian temperatures. Wish it was a bit larger to hold an extra towel or two, but it works great.
