I recently bought a Chevrolet Volt and have a charger cord mounted within the garage. The cord will reach under the door when I park outside, but I grew tired of opening and closing the big door every time I plugged in or unplugged in. This mount easily fastened to the outside trim of my garage and works flawlessly. Included screws and anchors also!

Worked great to dock my charge plug away from the wall box for our level 2 EVSE. I ran the cable up and over a bay in the garage to where our EV is parked, so I didn't have to leave the cable on the floor in my work/project area.The holster was easy to mount, I used a torpedo level, marked the wall with some small drill bits through the holes, then matched the size of the plastic inserts with a drill, and drilled through the drywall. After tapping the inserts in nearly flush, the provided screws pulled the holster up tight, and has been working well for a few months now.Best of all, the charge plug is off the ground! No more worries of running it over. Construction is good overall, and seems as sturdy as the charge port on our car. I'll update with any issues.

Very well designed and nicely made. It holds the charge connector for our Bolt EUV very well. It comes with all the screws & drywall anchors needed to mount it plus an extra screw & anchor. It does seem a tad pricey at $16, but it works.
