Sturdy and versatile set for a beginning painter like myself. I purchased a plastic set previously for price reasons and found they did not help me learn the process of using painting knives. This set suits my needs for 12x16 and smaller canvas boards as I practice my fledgling skills. The storage ring is handy for me, as they hang off my table on a little hanger, ready for me to select the appropriate size knife at any time!

These knives are a wonderful tool for acrylics and I find that although these knives are a bit more expensive than some, they certainly warrant the price due to the ability to really control finer movements. The neck on these knives is a little more solid and firm not allowing for a lot of bend/flexibility. This makes movements and strokes much more predictable and controlled. They handles feel nice and the quality is great.Enjoying them a lot. At first, I wondered why they were more expansive then many I looked at or owned ... now I can understand why. Nice, smooth controlled and more predictable movements.

I do most of my painting with a pallet knife. These have been a nice addition to the ones I already have. I have no complaints. I prefer a rounded handle but that's my choice and in no way a fault of this product. These work great, have adequate give yet needed sturdiness.

Love love love these painting knives! Durable but still have great flexibility. I had previously bought a much cheaper set of knives on Amazon that are super stiff, these are so much better. Joy to paint and mix with!

These are much better knives than what I have been using. A nice assortment of sizes too. I'm glad I spent a little more to get better quality.

These have been pretty good - but after about 6 months of moderate use, the handles in some of them are starting to get loose and move around. Sooner or later, I can see that I'll be epoxying them back in place. If you buy them, try to get them on sale - because they aren't worth the retail asking price.

Took a long time to arrive so check postage data. Value for money although the ring is cheap, far too big and quite disappointing. Knives themselves are excellent, variety good for small to medium sized paintings. I'm happy as I can discard the ring and will use most

Quality is good and handy ring clip keeps them from getting misplaced. Knives are well anchored to the handles. This is important since I use these tools for mixing and applying adhesives and fillers.
