Study as hell. It goes super high (I'm 6'1" and I don't want it near it's max height). Very comfortable; I can feel the difference it has on my back vs. my old throne immediately. You get what you pay for.

My fiancé loves this throne. He said he feels stable in it and it's solidly made. The throwback colors match his stickbag, but the throne is a slightly brighter blue. All in all, a successful gift for a professional drummer.

Used for 3 shows and a few dozen practices before the metal clasp on the seat height mechanism broke. I'm 5'11" and 180lbs so not a big person. Disappointed with quality.
