Edited to add: I'm completely baffled by some of the reviews talking about how hard it was to assemble and how many pieces were involved. I have to conclude that they are literally talking about a different product.Came well packed to protect product. Assembled, it's sturdy, well-made, good quality material. The nice surprise was how easy it was to assemble. There are about 12 parts, not counting screws, the supplied wrench, etc. Everything fit together well. One of my pet peeves is companies that save themselves money by printing directions on tiny pieces of paper. This has a full sized assembly guide with crystal clear diagrams. I would suggest paying attention to the dimensions. It's somewhat smaller than what you might find in a hotel, but it would absolutely do the job, supporting large and heavy suitcases.

It’s so nice to have a place for houseguests to put their suitcase because typically in a home bedroom, the only place is the floor. So I like this item for its usefulness. And it is very sturdy. I found it easy to put together myself. However, it’s not very attractive so I only gave it four stars.

My second one. It's used in a guest room. Holds heavy luggage with no issues, yet does not take up alot of space. It does fold for closet storage but I just leave it out, it looks nice. Easy assembly.

These luggage racks arrived with some loose zip ties around the rods which gave me the impression this was a previously returned item. I gave the product the benefit of the doubt and tried to assemble it anyway. Big mistake! I wasted 45 minutes unpacking the box and gathering its numerous parts to assemble the racks only to discover some rods were dented. The rods couldn't connect because of the dents in the rods. Wasted another 30 minutes repacking the box to return this junk and clean up the mess it left behind. Now I'll have to waste another 30 minutes dropping off the box to get my money back. Wonderful waste of a Sunday afternoon! Junk product that shouldn't be sold.
