Just received this today and it is already making my back feel better. It is perfect for putting pressure on the small of my back which is the source of my pain. I have had back problems since my 20's (I'm almost 80) and if I list anything over 20 lbs. I pay for it for days. I got carried away moving some heavy sewing machines and have been wearing back support belts for days to make up for it. The pressure from this cushion has been just right. I think the vibration is just right and very helpful. My only suggestion is that they make the cushion just a little larger/taller. I'm 5'3" and it comes just to the bottom of my shoulder blades.

I work at my computer all day and started having lumbar pain this helped with the massage, warmth and lumbar support! I would suggest another strap to hold it in place vertically cuz it slips down and i have to adjust it every time I sit down

As a truck driver, I would say it saved my back. I like it's heating function during the winter time.
