We used with water and they did the job and they still intact, we used them in about 1000 sq/tf garage and they are like new.

Polishing pads are great for the money. The backer pad doesn’t fit standard 5/8 Makita,Dewalt ,Ryobi etc.

Best pads for the $! I will be ordering more. Oh and I use them for polishing Quartz, Jaspers and Agates, all rocks actually. Good and sturdy but flexible enough for all types. I use them wet, very rarely as in almost nonexistent dry.

Great product. Used them to sand my concrete countertop. Came out beautiful. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with a chuck. Made my own with a bolt I cut off and then attached to my drill.
