  • ENGINE PROTECTION - This neodymium magnetic oil drain plug will capture fine iron particles, especially smaller than 30 microns which are too small to be filtered by the oil filter. Magnetic drain plugs are a proven product and even used by some manufacturers as standard.
  • PREMIUM QUALITY - CNC machined, 7075 aluminum, neodymium high temperature magnet, anodizing coloring technology, all these advancements in technology and materials enable our oil drain plugs to have excellent quality and design.
  • 7075 ALUMINUM - Give a solid foundation for promised quality. Excellent alloy for highly stressed structural parts. It also has low density and great machinability. Compare to cheap made aluminum ones, it will not easy to break.
  • NEODYMIUM MAGNET - The strong Neodymium magnet collects any swarf or wear particles missed by the oil filter, these particles are abrasive and potentially damaging to the engine. The magnet will hold any collected metal firmly, unaffected by temperature variation until the oil is changed.
  • FITMENT - This M14 x 1.5 Magnetic Oil Drain Plug perfect fit for Honda Acura Ford GM Mazda Hyundai KIA and more selected models with 14x1.5 Threaded. I installed this new oil plug and crush washer on my 2012 Mercedes GLK350. Fit was perfect. This even stopped a persistent oil leak around the plug. Would purchase again!

Seals correctly, a little difficult to fit in at angles, but that's a good thing.. strong magnet. I would say quality part and good for the money.

Does the job, nice color, but I'm sure it will be grimy after a while. Comes with plenty of crush washers

Bought this for my BMW after the original stripped. Fits fine and I like the magnetic tip for picking up metal particles that may sail by. The original plug is shallow and strips easily if your not straight on it, which is probably why some BMW oil kits include a new plug. This one should last and should work better as it has more depth. Buy a bag of crush washers and replace it every oil change. Its cheap insurance.

I own a Mercedes and sure this was a risk but I wanted a magnet on the bottom. I have this plug sent in. Use it with the correct socket everytime and on the third oil change the head of the bolt rounded ENTIRELY OFF. Don’t ask how I got it off bc my mechanic won’t like the answer but please. Do not buy if you have to tighten the bolt past 10ft/lbs. wish I still had it so I could show how bad the top was but I figure I’d come back here to deter people like me.

They’re so pretty. I mean really, they gleam. These are utilized on a mini jeep. They work well and seem to be much better quality than your run of the mill aluminum ones. I’ll be ordering this same brand for my car and motorcycles.

These oil drain plugs are made of aluminum and are not strong enough to be torqued to factory spec. THEY ARE SUPER WEAK. Before I realized it was aluminum I had changed the oil in my 2006 Tacoma and attemped to torque the bolt to 30 ft-lb (a torque it should easiely withstand) instead it stripped well before 30 ft-lb. This is extremly dangerous as the stripped bolt (if not replaced) could have failed to stop the engines oil from leaking, leave pieces of aluminum on the oil pan, and in the worst case cause the engine to run dry and seize. I CANNOT STRESS the poor quailty of these bolts...Should have known better buy off amazon.
