Throw away any other peeler you own! This is a beast at peeling large or intricate food items. It's lightweight & well made. Extremely sharp. It puts all other peelers to shame. Excellent price point. Get it! You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this product.

I have had over 5 hand surgeries and I found this tool so easy to use. It actually (for me) works better with less pressure on the ergonomic handle. It is "surgically" sharp, so applying less pressure is easy work. It has some heft in its weight which makes peeling so easy.

This product does everything it claims to do. Easy to use & is sharp. As a matter of fact, going to order another. We peel about 20-30 lbs of potatoes on holidays & we could use another!

I love the weight of this and easy balance in your hand. Feels like a professionals tool. Very sharp, sturdy and shaves small, irregular bumps off of carrots and potatoes giving a nice smooth (slightly grooved) surface. Has a natural curve to the tool, feels good in your hand.It is an an aggressive peeler and without meaning to, I sometimes take away more of the contents than I'd prefer. I think I will be able to adjust that with learning how to vary the pressure. I have not tried it on fruit but but bet it will be great for apples. I like the wide peel it is able to create. It easily fits my hand and my husband's hand. It rinses clean very easily under a stream of water and no signs of rust. I'd buy it again or even give it as a gift to someone who enjoys being in the kitchen.
