This is worthy of 10 stars. Easy install. Gives light at the right spot on fabric. I have been a seamstress for 50 yrs. This is extremely helpful. Not a bad price. Adjustable light settings too.

This is a game changer! I didn’t realize at night how much I strained my eyes to see what I was sewing. This strip has brought full time daylight to my sewing. It’s easy to instal and convenient, too. I appreciate the adhesive strips that attach the cord directly to the machine, as well. It’s marvelous. I’m going to purchase another for my daughter to have.

These do add some helpful lighting to my sewing machine. The reason for the four stars is because the switch is a little fiddly; sometimes I have to press it two or three times to turn them on. Otherwise, I like them. Be sure to read the directions about cutting to size - you can only cut in certain places along the strip of lights. If you cut in the wrong place you'll ruin them. It's very easy to do it correctly if you read the instructions.

This light makes a world of difference when I'm sewing. Having a light right on the inside of the machine makes sewing so much easier. It works great, I've never had problems with it lighting up, even after I cut it to fit. I love that it has a USB charger as it saves me an outlet. This was a smart purchase!

Overall, just OK.Does not stay stuck, mainly because the covering on the 3M strip wasn't completely attached when item arrived. It was stuck here and there, but most of the sticky part was exposed and not really that sticky.It's longer than I needed, but purchased this item based on recommendations from friends. I did cut it down to proper size so it fits where I need it on my sewing machine (on the under side of the head).It adds SOME light to the area, but nothing fantastic. Definitely need to attach it with some heavier 2-sided tape (like gorilla tape possibly) so it stays in place.Will be interested in how long it lasts. Wouldn't purchase again, though.

I love this addition to my sewing machine! It was easy to install and cut to fit my sewing machine. I like how it has different light settings which works well to be able to adjust for both day and evening sewing. Very happy to add this accessory to my sewing machine, it's made sewing so much easier to see at all hours daybor night!

I’m a new sewer, so any help I can get is good help. This little light strip is exactly what I needed to chase away the shadows in that area. It’s bright and I was able to stick it to the underside. So far it’s sticking, but I may have to supplement the sticky.I would recommend this light strip to anyone that needs to shed some light on the sewing situation.
