Had a RV door that would not stay open, and this is the perfect solution,and no holes needed,adhesive sticky’s on each piece,love it.

This was used for an out swinging door to a wood shed. I used the two way tape to attach both piece and it is holding up just fine. Thankful to find this!

This door stopper/holder for rv is great, it is small but has a very great magnetic hold. Definitely recommend and Definitely will buy again if needed

What a great invention! I tried a couple of other devices for holding my travel trailer door open but they either required a big yank to release or they'd let go unexpectedly in a stiff breeze.This well-designed magnetic door holder changed everything. Sturdy and easy to install, with the supplied small screws or the double-backed foam tape. No maintenance needed, and it keeps the door open with just the right amount of grip. All it takes is a gentle tug on the door handle to release and close the door now!

I am adding new auxilliary wiring to my new RV and was accessing the rear of the fridge area through a small door to run electrical cable. The manufacturer saved a couple of dollars by not installing a catch to hole the door up and open. I propped the door up with a plastic pipe, a shovel handle and anything long that I could find. They all failed. Increasingly frustrated with the installation of wire but more so with that bloody door that couldn't remain up. Bingo! I forgot that I had a magnetic catch. Installation was fast and easy but I didn't caulk the rear of the pieces. It was operational in minutes and I was very happy to eliminate an aggravation. I love this thing. The magnetic action is strong enough for any RV door, silent, inexpensive and it works so very well. It is constructed like a tank. Am I happy to have it work every time I access the rear of the fridge? Will it last forever? Yes and yes. I liked this so much, I ordered another unit. 5-Stars for convenience

No mounting instructions -There is no apparent way to access the screw holes for mounting the two sides even though it comes with four screws.If the double sided sticky pads don't hold, this item will be pretty worthless.
