I was reluctant to purchase a hand crank sifter for I never used one before, but now I know I will never go back to the type you have to squeeze. Not only is this a good looking sifter, it worked very well with crank mechanism being more simple to use than I could ever have imagined. I've ruined far too many sifters cleaning them with water; lesson learned, so this one I simply wiped down with a clean cloth, not even damp. I believe it holds an ample amount of flour, so the size is good for my needs. It did leave a mess behind on my table when I picked up the full sifter, but I believe this is to be expected; baking is a messy hobby anyhow, so not a problem for me. I would definitely purchase this sifter again; if it came in an assortment of colors, I'd probably purchase some more right now.

I've been looking for a metal sifter for awhile now when I came across this one for half off I immediately jumped on it figuring worst case it was a cheap piece of junk. I used it for the first time today and it works amazing it sifts easily and feels pretty sturdy i highly recommend buying one I'm headed back to buy a second one!

It’s kind of clunky when you’re turning it so I returned this not saying it’s bad but I just didn’t care for it

Small and cheaply made. Not large enough to take a good amount of flour and bits spit out of the top. Grade is very course took 50% out that my cheap kitchen sieve would (I checked). Very expensive for what I got. Looks nice though.
