This steel wool is thick and contains a good amount of steel. Gloves were necessary when applying products so it was nice that they were included. They were good-quality gloves. Worth the price of the product. I will purchase it again and highly recommend it.

We got this to fill mouse holes. It came with scissors and gloves which was great and it was a good price, but mice in our house didn’t care. They just chewed right through the wool. We got thicker wool and that seemed to help. Maybe we have super mice, idk, but this wasn’t strong enough for us

Perfectly sealed our garage door. We noticed a mouse in the garage and trying g to find out how it got in, we found the garage door had a gap at the bottom. This was perfect for sealing the bottom of the garage door. Have not had any issues since. Highly recommend it!

This was great for the price and what I needed it for. Easy instillation and glad it came with gloves and scissors. I appreciated the addition. Had a random mouse issue due to some nearby construction so had to cover up holes by my radiators. These have held up so far against them.

I’ve decided to use this inside my apartment against my better judgment, because I’m experiencing a home invasion of mice of epic proportions this year. It definitely does the job, but I am concerned about what it’s going to do to my indoor air quality over time. When you start cutting this into pieces or working with this material, it sheds an incredible amount of extremely small particles. Have a vacuum cleaner at your side all the time if you are applying this indoors. That said, it’s working for my mouse problem no doubt about it. My plan is to leave it in place until I can have a contractor do a more permanent fill with foam or etc. later on. So it won’t be installed for more than six months and hopefully won’t affect my respiratory system long-term. I would suggest you avoid this for indoor use if you have children or pets.

Very pleased with this. The material was easy to work with and it was nice to have the gloves and scissors included in the box. I've never tried to seal up holes and gaps this way, but it's pretty simple and I feel like I got the hang of it in no time at all. The pest control company had sealed up some of the gaps, but since mice only need a space as big as a pencil to get through, I soon realized that I needed to expand on their work (and in some cases, completely re-do it). I know my house better than the pest control company so I soon found myself identifying many more areas that I thought could use some prevention. Not only did I seal up the pipes by the baseboard heaters, but I also was stuffing the wool into gaps between the carpet and walls, under some baseboards, in gaps inside cabinets and around water and plumbing pipes. Once I got into the zone, I was surprised at how many areas I could identify where I could use this product. I still used some caulking and spray foam for larger areas, but I feel much better about keeping mice out of the house. I appreciated having the gloves since I was working in areas where mice have traveled, and it was nice to have them at the ready. Our house is not that big and I ended up using the entire box of wool. It's been pretty cold here and I'm not seeing signs of activity so I hope I shut down all the entrance points. This was not something I thought I'd enjoy, but I have to admit that I am pleased with the feeling of taking back my house!

This is an excellent source of steel wool, it will plug up holes well and mice cannot chew through it, I have plugged up a couple of holes in my apartment and haven't seen anything since, I highly recommend this steel wool for anyone who is having a problem

Block the opening for the kitchen drain pipe to stop mice coming in. It works.

Highly recommended this product. No matter how clean you keep your home. Know they are gods creation and need to survive.Very smart mice and Rats nowadaysCan recommended used 2 years running and they don’t like ðŸ‘🾠this works then cement or whatever you want to silicone on top. My dad was a builder and I have family who are architects. Nicer than killing them. My choice. Don’t like them either 😃. It works
