They come as pictured. No surprises. They have weight to them but something just seems little off.. like they’re manmade. Nonetheless would probably buy again.

I spent a LOT of time looking for a bookend that would look good and also would weight enough to support our books.We first purchased one pair to make sure we liked the product, right on the day we got our package we ordered two more pairs, we fell in LOVE with our bookends. They look gorgeous and expensive.The delivery was also great.

If you have some heavy books you need contained, these are up for the task. These book ends are HEAVY. So heavy, in fact, I don't think my cheap Ikea shelves are up to the task of supporting them. So, that is something to keep in mind: they'll need to be on solid wood. I do think they are beautiful, though. I'm going to find a spot to display them, but they won't work where I originally intended (again, because my weak furniture can't take it). They will do the job of holding up books, though.

These bookends are beautiful and heavy. They are thick and substantial and will hold beefy books easily or just look beautiful for decor if preferred. They are simple and clean design so can go in a variety of different looks and styles. They are a tan/creamish color so not stark white but not so specific of a color it doesn't feel completely neutral. No complaints!!!
