I bought this fan on March 8, 2024 and it only lasted until early May. The fan was great being nice and quiet, 3-speed, grabs the pole with no slipping, and has oscillation. Today after only 2 months of use the oscillation gets stuck halfway through it's rotation and then shuts off completely. If you bump it it'll sometimes turn on again and attempt to rotate, when it rotates about 1/3 of the way it stops again. If it starts back up it goes back the opposite direction and sometimes shuts off completely or it'll rotate about a 1/3 rotation then go kaput again...Update: My second fan is now doing the same thing. Two fans dead in less than 6 months...this is ridiculous...

This clip-on fan is pretty nice for the price. I wasn't expecting much because cheap fans of the past have been notoriously bad, but this fan is considerably better than the cheap fans I've purchased in years past. The clip makes this fan ideal for grow tents because it clips directly onto a pole. This is a great feature. The clip seems strong enough to hold itself up just fine, but I think this spring could be stronger and tighter to make it more secure. The fan is fairly quiet on its lowest setting. If your grow tent is in your bedroom, two of these on low won't be overly intrusive.

Read a review that talked about the fans not oscillating properly but I have only experienced quality from more two. One runs all day and night the other chimes in when my lights on. Like the 10 speeds as well as the 45 degree or 90 degree oscillation choices. It adjusts pretty well but could use a bit more movement. But that’s if I had to pick one thing. Will be buying two more for my next setup.

Yup I'm now switching out all my peice of crap vivosun fans for these mars hydro brand! The oscillating option from 45/90â° angle is mind blowing and works so awesome in my 3x3 tent,ordering 6 more to put in my big tent and other small tent,should have just ordered these when I ordered my mars hydro fc series lights!! I highly recommend checking these out to any indoor grower

Brilliant fan, very well designed and built, oscillating either 45° or 90° and can remain still, 10 speed variable so can run almost silent. Not had it long but best I've purchased so far. Will find it difficult to find better I think. Price is right too.

Gone are the sketchy fans of the past, in comes Mars Hydro 6†clip fan. This fan is so much better than any of my sketchy old fans, it’s quiet, has enough power to easily circulate air in the grow tent and is very well built. Shipping was quick and my fan arrived in a couple days! Highly recommended!!
