SIGNIFICANTLY reduces odors inside my grow tent. This is a must have product. I can’t imagine how my house would smell without it, not that I would mind. If you have guests who are “sensitive to the smell†then you should definitely consider getting this.

I bought this as a hood vent recirculating air filter, I tried different "activated carbon" filter sheets and they never worked, so I decided to give this a try. It is still early in the verdict but my wife cooked bacon twice and this captured the smell completely. I didn't even know she was cooking bacon until I stepped into the kitchen. We were very happy. I will update this again after she fries something else but as of now we are very happy in this application. We don't know how long it will last but its cheap enough to buy once a year and well worth it. I don't see why it wouldn't work if the filters sold for hood vents are called activated carbon sheets. The only thing she doesn't like is that the tip points out in our kitchen, but the black dust cover makes it where it doesn't look bad, it is a lot shorter than we initially thought. I did try to use flexible duct to hide it better but 6 in duct is huge so decided to install directly to the 6in output of the hood vent. I will note I have a very high end hood vent rated for about 600CFM airflow. I read somewhere this filter reduced the CFM by 50% but I'd say it works perfect with my vent even at its lowest speed which I'd guess is 200CFM. I also like the black/dark color, makes it more discrete in the kitchen.

Arrived on time. Package had no damage, it did have additional packing tape but appeared to be intact. Contents appeared to be from factory. Filter was sealed in plastic and is clean and new. No sign of loose carbon in the package.I've used AC Infinity filters (and fans) before with no issue.It did include the two covers as per the Amazon details, but there was no strap set for suspending the filter. I docked the review one star for the missing straps (only because I had to go to the store and purchase some locally to get the tent working in time).

The product does not filter the air. Waste of money. I do not recommend and will not order again. I do not see the option to report that the product is defective and the possibility of a return. Very disapoitment

We use this to fight odours that occur in our basement during high humidity. This has been running with a fan on low for over a year and still is keeping the basement smelling fresh and clean.
