I got these because work shoes are super stinky after a long day in steel toes. I don't take my work shoes home, but they are stored in a locker and it was getting funky fresh in there so I got these! They work perfect! I can now open my locker with confidence that potent stinky won't pierce my nostrils haha. Honestly, they worked so quick I was surprised! Less than 8 hours the locker and shoes both were nearly odorless. I keep the little satchels in my work shoes until I clock in and then I put them in my daily shoes until I clock out. Both pairs of shoes stay fresh! Highly recommend!

Easy to use but I'm not super sure how effective it is at actually eliminating odor. I put it in my snowboard boots and I"m guessing it helps than not but still smells a bit weird. Maybe my boots are extra smelly

here’s an experiment to try after you follow the activation directions to leave in the sun for several hours.put one bag in one shoe and leave the other alone. the next day go to the shoe and determine if there is a difference in odor or smell.these charcoal bags did not work for me. i have had these for over 3 months and continue to try and use them in my daily work sneakers.balled up newspaper worked better. foot powder works better. these were a waste of money.

I was skeptical but it seems to work. Left a few on a windowsill to keep odors low and I feel like there is a difference in the room. You do need to keep charging them in the direct sunlight so the ones I'm putting in my shoes have to come out and sit in the sun periodically but they do help a bit keep odor down.
