We have a central HVAC system. I place two of these at the return vent and the other two at a couple different registers. I set them outside in the sun once in awhile to "replenish" them. They have noticeably reduced the dust in our home and we have hardwood floors, so it is very easy to see dust.

You get exactly what they describe...4 bags with the charcoal mix inside with a grommet in a corner for easy hanging. Seems to work very well...i am sleeping better..I think this is cleaning the air well enough to help with ny allergies.

I had no problem whatsoever with these taking care of odors. I keep forgetting to “recharge†them in the sunlight. We live in the woods and have to keep moving them around to find direct sunlight for two hours, but well worth it. Probably will get more.
