We bought 22 of these about a year ago as replacement knobs for the public stairwell doors in a high rise condo. they were installed on open air breezeways on a waterfront building in Florida. They still work great, smooth turning, easy open and really nice looking. Residents AND maintenance staff are happy with this upgrade.

Easy to install and looks great. I bought this because I had a regular door knob that completely fell apart, I needed a sturdy functional lock and this is it.

The handle is very sturdy and—externally—commercial quality in every way.Problem is the screws are cheap and it's tough getting the hang of the installation procedure the first time. If you have to remove the screws for some reason, you basically can't reuse them as the heads strip out very easily. I had to get more screws from Home Depot to finish the install. But now that it is installed, I love it.

Installing this door handle was a breeze. It’s got some good size to it. Feels sturdy when turning the handle. Compared to similar handles it looks and feels nice. Only time will tell how long this handle will last on our business entrance.

Heavy duty and solid lock. Installing was a bit of challenge; the hole for my original deadbolt was too small of diameter for this product. Some modifications to my door that I wasn't expecting.. tight squeeze using the screws holding the two-halves to help draw the outside through and into the door. Ever having to replace it will likely require the same lock or; to make another brand fit, might come up with some type shim to fill in the extra sized hole.

This is my new go-to deadbolt on a budget, which I feel offers better quality and more features than the Schlage B60.Advantages of this lock over the Schlage B60:- Solid and massive security collar on the outside of the lock (B60 is not nearly as beefy)- Keyed 6 pin with bump protection (B60 is 5 pin and does not have the anti-bump features in this lock)- Strong anti-ice pick shield that covers the dead latch inside the door (Schlage B60 no longer includes an ice-pick shield, making it vulnerable to hammer attacks)- A heavy duty strike is included with decent quality screws (Schlage B60 no longer includes a heavy duty strike plate)Keep an eye on the pricing as it fluctuates...but for what I paid I am very, very happy with these locks.
