As always, I appreciate the quality of Matfer products.This simple cutter is no exception.Outstanding for biscuits because it has a nice raised top rim for gripping and sharp cutting rim for clean cuts with minimal pinching of the dough.

It was necessary to use a fine emery to smooth rough and blunt edges of the cutting edge as well as sharp mold marks on the surface of the cutter. I have much nicer examples of the same product in 70mm. At the price, one expects some degree of manufacturing care. Not impressed.
