Have used this 3 times and it worked great every time for pressure testing new natural gas lines.

This was my first time doing a pressure check. This made it easy. Added water to conduit first, then filled it up to 50 psi. No issues. Better to know before you bury it.

Inexpensive way to check your work. Amazon had the best price.

It worked fine once I got it to stop leaking. I had to plumbers pudy, tape and tightness more than I wanted to get it to seal. Took a couple of toys. Thought it was more effort than it should have needed. Otherwise it worked great and would have give 5 stars.

WOW! VERY IMPRESSED! From the second I unboxed it, I could tell how heavy duty and SOLID this thing is! Do NOT underestimate this thing! It may be titled as “chromeâ€, BUT it’s NOT the cheap crap chrome plated. It’s a solid piece of metal that’s been very well polished and buffed! If you get a cheap tester you have a high chance of getting FALSE result. If your “tester†is what’s leaking; you’ll think it’s the gas line/air system (when it’s just fine)! Not only are the 2 valve fitting (gauge, and air valve) sealed at the threads, but they take it a step further and put additional sealant around the fitting on the outside too!!

Product was brand new. Connected to air test and the needle would move randomly and stick. I had no idea if I was within 50psi. I just had one air test to do and didn't want to spend $50. Is that too much to ask? Waste of time, shipping, and materials...

I was able to test my plumbing. We're building a brand new house so we kept off all of the pecs lines and attach this to the inlet on the house Then went ahead and aired it up... Unfortunately we ordered the one that only goes to 30 PSI. So we had to check the unit from time to time using a tire pressure gauge

I had one like this in 0-15psi range but wanted to fill boiler system to 20psi. Just what I needed.

The Guage works but it leaks at the base. Some sort of glue was used on the threads. Should be fun getting it off in order to reseal it.
