The packaging with the filters inside was clean on the inside and decently clean on the outside. The filters are wrapped for careful, clean storage before use. The packaging is also handy for wrapping the used filters for the trash. Precisely the filter for my machine. Works wonderfully.

I’ve been using my Medify air filter for a long time and finally needed to change the filter. It was very easy— just twist the lower cover, remove the old filter and put the new one in. It doesn’t even matter which way because either way it works.

It was shipped in the seller's box. Box was in great condition. The functionality of our Medify Air Purifier is really good. Noise level is minimal. And the machine is easy to clean.

It is easy to use and install! You can see how dirty it gets after 3 months of use in cleaning the air. I have a very fluffy, furry white cat and don't dust as often as I should but this helps keeps the air clean. Plus, when our air quality in NJ was affected by the Canadian wildfires last June-July 2023, it definitely helped since we still have very old windows with the weights in them!

Bought these replacement filters for a machine I purchased. They are NOT cheap. Two filters was more than the entire machine itself! That's crazy. They say they are hepa filters but I can see right through them. I'm not a hepa expert but my Dyson vacuum has a hepa filter and I can't see through that. Doesn't really work for keeping me smoke free from my neighbour's crap that comes through the wall from next door.
