Our wood stove installer recommended that we use this to keep the stove pipes clean. We had them come back to make sure it was in proper working order for the winter and they said that the product helped keep the soot out of the stove pipes. We have purchased it again for the third time. Safety is key.

the box it came in was full of the product top was off tub made a mess when opened come on tape the top on { ffs}

The box they stuffed it in was to small. Product lid opened and product was everywhere. The USPS put it in a bag to put in my mailbox.

Been searching for this soot remover for a long time ,Rutland had but discontinued it I tried the other removers that were light in color but didn’t work as good as this product which has a rust clay color to it,works very well

We have used this product for years and are very happy with it. The reason for4 stars is one of the containers came open inside the box and made a big mess.

I burn bituminous coal as my main source of heat and it makes a lot of soot.I stumbled onto this product and figured it was worth a try.Right after getting this my draft wasn't pulling the smoke up the chimney.After the first time I saw great improvement.Anecdotally, Soot Remover is the only thing I changed
