This cleaned out our chimney without needing a chimney sweep service. It does give off an intense chemical smell that isn't the greatest, so I recommend only using if you have a fireplace that has a sealing door. For the price and how quickly it worked, I will definitely buy again despite the smell.

It did what it said, I hope!! Busted up the buildup in my chimney. I'm single, and old, so safety is BIG to me. I now feel safe building a fire in my home

Couldn't tell a difference. It did loosen the creosote but i wouldn't call it clean. Probably won't try this one again.

It is difficult to tell how well it works without having direct access to see the chimney afterwards. I will have to update the review once I get to the end of the heating season and check out the chimney.
