.613" cam lift with .660 springs and 450 pounds of spring pressure these thick wall chromoly pushrods are definitely strong enough for the job in my LS 6.0 engine. lube them up with moly and install at 20 ft.lbs. then let it eat!!!! even comes with a card for install and torque sequence.
