The product originally was too short when fully adjusted open. I removed the hook strap. I added two inches to a new strap and resewed it back into the harness and it works perfectly now. If the harness is too big it can be adjusted down. If the harness is too small it will be returned to the sender. Now my mouthpiece hits my mouth and not my nose. I would suggest adding two inches to each strap and calling it an extra Large.

After a failed attempt at getting a different harness, I tried getting this one. Not only did it come a whole day early [it was already going to be here 3 days after bought], It was incredibly helpful for my friend. She says it's great to wear, it's comfy, and it doesn't put too much pressure on her heart and chest in general.

This strap is a hassle. First, it is difficult to adjust for proper mouthpiece alignment. Second, it is cumbersome to put on and off. And, as shown in the attached photo, the first time I used it the insulation on the hook tore. THe only thing going for it is its low price. You get what you pay for. Thank you Amazon for letting me return it for a full refund.

My daughter plays the baritone sax in middle school. One of the visiting instructor said she was wearing the wrong harness. We searched and found this one. She says it’s like night and day. She was shocked at how more comfortable this one was and she actually can I dance with her saxophone and has plenty of movement

Pretty comfortable harness, but the rubber on the hook wore out almost immediately.

Only issue is the clip is not pertecting my horn well enough and should have more cushion
