I have a 1970’s Hobart kitchen aide mixer and never used a slide before . I thought the slide would fit the base of my old mixer . It does not follow the footprint of my mixer . That said i used it anyway and it’s great . I have no complaints and it does make it easier to pull out the mixer when I need to . It’s easy to clean , slides very well , it blends in well so really not noticeable but functional . So I kept it . And I am happy with it .

This makes cooking a pleasure again. I don't dread getting that big, heavy mixer out as it slides so easily. Also makes the clean up so much easier and quick. Definite game changer in my kitchen.

It’s cute and all; and I like the fact that it’s clear but it was so scary when I placed it under my mixer and when I started to beat eggs and sugar the whole mixer (and acrylic board) were shaking and moving !!! Too light to hold a 5.5 Mixer!!
