I use this almost daily, and it has made my life so much easier. It's all metal so very easy to clean, I usually pop it in the dishwasher and it's good to go. I typically use it to grate cheese but it'll do veggies too with all the attachments. It's a great size and I can do a lot in a short about of time and is a great quality product.

I prefer the Cuisinart brand over KitchenAid for most products so I opted for the Cuisinart stand mixer over the KitchenAid. Biggest downside of that Decision is that Cuisinart does not make as many Attachments as KitchenAid does. Enter this product. It was exactly what I needed. well-made. Durable. And fits perfectly on my Cuisinart mixer. I don’t know where this has been my whole life. It has made grating cheese, chocolate, and chopping nuts so much easier. Definitely recommend this product.

My wife has several recipes that ask for shredded root vegetables (carrots) and this makes that part of the process so much easier than scraping her knuckles on a manual grater

Used for carrots, potatoes, celery: both chopping and spirolizing a sweet potato. Worked well but would have been better for the metal to be 50% thicker. The unit seemed to bend a little, but not much. Would affect the cost, of course. Cleans up extremely well, even if you wash the parts by hand. Overall, a very good unit for the money. Suggestion to the company: make the chopping blade thicker. Cukes & carrots came out very thin.

Outstandingly easy. Quick and better than the kitchen aid version I have had both. This is a replacement for the kitchen aid version that broke. And the directions tell you PLEASE PUT IN DISHWASHER VERY SHARP as a disclaimer as to not cut yourself lol I will take those directions over hand wash only!
