I have changed the rating to 5 stars from 3 because this company's customer service is top notch!! Within hours of my comment being published, they contacted me & within minutes I had the missing handle on the way. 4 days later, I have the box in my hands. I haven't opened it or anything yet, but it's here. That fast & from overseas.Bottom line, great product that I am using every chance I get & superior customer service!! Highly recommend.I am 50 & lazy & this was so easy to put together. No help needed. It was missing the left handlebar but in order to get it, I had to return the entire thing & that wasn't happening. I know they have parts from returns, so it's kind of irritating. It makes it a tiny bit harder to pull yourself back up but I'll deal with it. I still want my handlebar though. It's Step 2, #7 if the seller reads this. Lol.

Bought due to back and knee pain would recommend 10/10. Easy to assemble and great value for the money, I have seen others that were so much more with less options, I don’t store mine, I leave it out in a room I have due to my husband and kids use it as well, built great, and able to fold and store if needed.

Putting it together took about an hour and was easier than expected. Once together, it is very sturdy and comfortable to use. The vibrating pad with heat makes hanging upside down more comfortable and helps relax the muscles. I don't know what you might get with other brands (how much different can it be to hang upside down from any device) but I am very happy with this. It worked so well to take pressure off my lower back that my co-worker and his wife came over just to "hang out" for 10 minutes. Her back felt so much better they went out and bought the same unit that night.

It takes some time to assemble and you really need two people to put the cushion part on the stand, but I was able to use a chair to hold the other end for me while I attached it. It works great and my back feels so much better after using it. My chiropractor advised me to get an inversion table and I'm so glad I listened and this one is perfect. It isn't small and you can't fold it to save space, so think about where you want to put it before starting assembly. It is heavy (at least for a female) and you want to be able to slide it over to where it will be placed once you get it assembled.

I bought this inversion table on Prime day at a discounted price. I was a little apprehensive because I wasn't sure about product quality at that price point. I was very pleasantly surprised. This product is heavy duty and high quality. It assembled well following the directions. The only trick is to balance the center of gravity so it inverts and returns with low effort. You just need to play around a bit with the adjustments to get to the right point.The massage feature is a real plus. The only negative is that the pocket to hold the massage controller is difficult to get at while lying on the table. I velcroed the controller to the side of the cushion, but it's still a bit hard to get it. It wouldn't be a problem except that the massage feature turns off after about 20 minutes, so you need to find it if you want more time. That's a very small negative for an otherwise fine product.

So I put it together and tried it immediately. The first day it got my blood flowing, the second time I could feel a difference in my body. The 3rd time I just relaxed more. So far it's been helping with my back. And the messages works well.

Honestly, my review is mostly to serve as a warning to anyone who might not be aware of the caveat in the title rather than an actual review of the product's function. I purchased this for my parents. When it arrived, I checked that all the parts were present but didn't set it up right away as my parents were still arranging the space where it was to be put. When I did go to set it up, it was unfortunately outside the return window and I discovered that there is a note in the manual that this inversion table is not to be used where oxygen is administered. Unfortunately one of my parents is on oxygen. So, now they have a $200 inversion table that can't be used in their house. If anyone in the home where this item will be used is on oxygen be aware that this inversion table is not for you. It would be great if that particular warning were in the Amazon listing, as I am sure the target demographic consists of a large number of older people, who would be statistically more likely to include medical oxygen users.
