Went to a dog show over the weekend and these worked great for my 3 dogs. Got extras just in case. They worked great even with my new leads that also matched to the collars. will buy again. I have seen some that has given low reviews, but I do believe that they must have been using it as a regular collar which is not for what they are used for. It said Pet Show Slip Collar. You can't use a show collar for everyday use. I have Brittany's and they do pull and never had any issues. thank you

Very nice for my little girl dog. I gave it a 4 as sometimes it’s a little hard to slip the chain through the hoop. So far it’s nice and strong and it’s so much better than the flat collar that my dog constantly pulled against and choked with.

So far (2 weeks) this choke chain has been the perfect solution for my 17 pound pup. It was definitely more delicate than I was picturing, but it looks great.

This collar is easy to use, seems to be comfortable for my dog, and is attractive. I use it only at dog shows or dog show practices; it would not be appropriate for any kind of daily use. I didn't start using it with my dog until he had had about a month of show training and understood what was happening and what was expected of him. It is narrow, and could cause damage if the dog suddenly pulls--as could any show slip collar.

Might be stainless steel on the inside (I'm doubting that even), but definitely not stain free. The gold-tone finish comes off and has stained the white patch on my little girl's chest a dirty grey. I'm sure it will wear off eventually, but it doesn't wash off with normal pretty shampoo and water. You can see there's a copper layer and then who knows. The finish on the rings wore off first, but it is also rubbing off on the the chain. So disappointed, because it was beautiful when we first put it on her.

Bought this for a show lead/slip collar, exactly what I wanted. Beautiful color and quality seems good. This is not for everyday use.

The collar was very stiff and will pull hair out if you kept it on as a day to day collar.
