After 3 kids my nipples are now much larger, making it very difficult to find pumping products for larger nipples as I am a 32 for my left breast and 30 for my right. I got the xl for 30-35 nipples after searching for weeks online for something that would fit because nobody seems to sell things for larger nipples. I was skeptical that this brand would actually work. However I started using these and they are great! They making pumping so much more comfortable with my spectra which makes me not dread pumping as much since I exclusively pump. They also help with my output of milk. Before I found these I was averaging 8-10oz per session now I’m averaging anywhere between 12-16oz per session. I also just recently tried these with my Elvie wearable pump because the biggest flange size Elvie offers is a 28 but I'm actually a 30 for my right nipple and 32 for my left. It was difficult for me to get more than 8 oz with the wearable pump before using this product and I had to pump double the amount of time, and it still would not empty my breasts. I decided to put these on the wearable pump just like I do with my hospital grade pump and wow the output increased to be closer to what I pump with my hospital grade spectra and less time pumping. Also great for elastic nipples!

I exclusively pump and so I use these inserts daily several times a day. I have not noticed any wear they still work as intended. Easy to clean, it’s comfortable. Something they hide from my eyes since they are clear but I always find them. Very satisfied value for money. Perfect fit. Gets the work done.

I wish I could give these 5 stars. They are soft and work like they should. I have elastic nipples and these helped out when placed in my spectra flange. The only reason I didn’t give these 5 stars is that they did not stay in the flange. When I was done pumping and I’d remove the flange from my breast and the cushions would fall off. I wish they would get stuck like other cushions/inserts I’ve used in the past. Other than that these are great.

These things are amazing! Pumping has been a very painful experience for me, to the point where I wince and feel my body tense up before I turn on the machine. No matter what flange size I’ve used, my whole nipple and areola get sucked into the tube. I’ve tried all available flange sizes, pumpin pals, and nothing helped. My output has been suffering because of the pain. I tried these cushions out and I got literally double the output of my usual pumping session!The cushions fit easily into my medela flex for flange. They’re are not completely clear so it makes it tricky to know if your nipple is centered in the flange. I managed to get a good placement on the first try, and my areola stayed almost completely outside of the tube for the entire pumping session! I had the occasional pinching sensation but no discomfort after I stopped pumping. Compared to the pain I had during and after pumping before, it’s barely even noticeable.If you have elastic nipples and pain when pumping, I would highly recommend trying these out!

I got these cushions for my original Elvie, I have developed elastic nipples after nursing for 2yrs with my first child. Throughout my breastfeeding/ pumping journey, (2 kids) I have tried 2 other cushions. This one I would rank as not the best but not the worst. My favorite one (BeauGen), that’s slightly more expensive, is a lot stretchier and molds to the Elvie nicely. This one is sturdier and less moldable. I decided to try this cushion after my other ones got badly stained from sitting for 2months. Next time I’d buy the other ones that is stretchier and molds to the Elvie nicely. All personal preference on which one you would prefer and how much “structure†you want from your cushions. Otherwise these work well and get the job done.

These cushions are the only thing that saved my nipples from being very damaged. I started using these because I have elastic nipples and they were bleeding, cracking, and raw. These completely fixed the issue and took the pain out of pumping!

I have other products with different sizes, however this seems to be smaller than what I have, not transparent but its doing the job and I don’t regret it.
