This u joint was the perfect one. Made out of strong metals. Fit perfectly in the rear end yolk. The only problems I had was made by me not paying attention to what I was doing. Great part and if you got a 2001 chevy silverado 1500 4x4 with questionable u joints order this part. You won't regret it

I used this to connect my GM chevy S10 drive shaft to the Ford 8.8 rerar end. It has 2 Chevy ends and 2 Ford ends. Worked well

When the stock 10-bolt rear end exploded on me while off-roading (A bolt holding the carrier pin worked itself loose and made a mess of things) I replaced it with an 8.8 Ford Explorer rear end. This gave me a beefier rear end, along with disc brakes. The only problem was there was no way for me to mate my driveshaft to the rear end.A quick trip to a junkyard and I sourced s flange off an early 90's V8 Ford Explorer and purchased this conversion U-Joint. This enabled me to mate the ford 8.8 rear end to the OEM driveshaft on my S10 pickup VERY easily! I expect it to last a lifetime, as it's a Moog product. Any problems and Moog always seems to have a great warranty so I have nothing to worry about.

I haven’t had enough time to test the longevity, but this was the first that I ordered for my truck. It worked without any issue. Driving my truck again!
