Bought this metal mop handle to replace my old wooden mop handle with metal mop fastener. I just hope it last longer than the wooden one. My concerns are the plastic mop head fastener holding up (aka breaking cause it is plastic) and the metal pole handle (bending or kinking). Only time will tell. FYI I don't use it daily. Just occasionally.

This mop handle works great!It comes in 3 pieces that easily screw together. They are metal with plastic covering the threaded connections. These create little "bumps" on the handle, but they are a smooth transition without any sharp edges and the whole thing stays together very well. The top plastic piece has a hole in it so you can hang the mop and it is (good or bad) on sideways, not able to turn, which keeps your mop perpendicular to the wall when you hang it so it's can dry instead of being flat against the wall.This handle is light weight, yet very sturdy. When you're mopping side to side, you don't feel it bending at all.The one thing that I don't like as well is the connector or holder for the mop head. It works just fine and I like the larger screw hold to tighten it with, but other mops don't usually open all the way. This does make it a little harder to hold the handle with one hand and use only the other hand to put the mop head on and secure it. It's not bad, just not quite so easy.Overall, I love this mop handle. It's lightweight and very sturdy and feels good using it.

Dually matches the mop heads we also got from Amazon, sturdy, does not bend when using it which normally is a huge pet peeve of mine, so please purchase without hesitation. Works solidly.
